Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm Eastern on a business day are picked the same day. Everything else is picked the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it leaves our studio. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.
United States
- Standard — 3–5 business days, $12. Free on orders over $300.
- Express — 1–2 business days, $25.
- Studio pickup — 96 Greene Street, New York, ready the next business day. Free.
International
- Standard international — 5–10 business days, $35. Free on orders over $300.
- Express international — 2–4 business days, $60.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling charges. These are set by your local authority, are payable by you, and are not refundable by us. Carriers will usually collect them before delivery.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. If your tracking has not updated for five business days, email care@aurenvelle.shop and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
- If a parcel is marked delivered but is missing, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 14 days.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outside and the contents and contact us within 48 hours.
- We will replace or refund anything lost or damaged in transit at our cost.
Address changes
We can change a delivery address while an order is still being picked. Once it has left the studio we cannot redirect it. Please check the address at checkout — parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.
Where we do not ship
We ship worldwide with the exception of destinations where sanctions or carrier restrictions apply. If we cannot ship to your address we will cancel the order and refund it in full.
