Aurenvelle (“we”, “us”) sells menswear and leather goods through aurenvelle.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Order information — your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, the items you order and the order value.
Account information — the email address and password you use to sign in, and your order history.
Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation, a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and how you move through the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications — messages you send to customer care, product reviews and returns requests.

How we use your information

To process, pack, ship and invoice your orders, and to handle returns and repairs.
To create and administer your account and provide order updates.
To answer your questions and provide customer care.
To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the site secure.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To send you news about products and collections, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the store work, and only as much as each one needs:

payment processors, to take payment and issue refunds;
carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order;
email, hosting, analytics and fraud-prevention providers;
professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your basket and session working, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies are required for checkout to work.

How long we keep information

Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires, generally seven years. Account information is kept until you close your account. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not contact you again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive it in a portable format. If you are in the EU or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To make a request, email care@aurenvelle.shop; we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal information outside the country it was collected in, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
