These terms govern your use of aurenvelle.shop and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

Aurenvelle operates the store at aurenvelle.shop and ships from Aurenvelle Studio, 96 Greene Street, New York, NY 10012, United States.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Products, availability and colour
- Pieces are made in small runs and can sell out. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
- We photograph our products carefully, but screens render colour differently, and natural materials vary. Minor variation between the photograph and the piece you receive is not a defect.
- Measurements given on product pages are approximate.
Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to it.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply to your payment.
Promotions
Discounts cannot be combined unless we say so, apply only during the stated period, and may be withdrawn at any time. Sale and final sale items are governed by our Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
The Aurenvelle name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or submit false orders or reviews.
Warranties and liability
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery, as described in our Returns Policy. Beyond that, the site and products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York County have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
